Hi All,

I'm researching how one would go about writing a Exchange plug-in \ DLL
that could be used to do the following:
1.Check all mail from users sending to a specific domain (WatchDomain.com)
2.Check the total size of the email being sent
3.If the mail is over a certain size, do something with it and then
delete it from the queue

Could someone please give me a starting point?
