OMA - Action Failed. You have exceeded the storage limit...

"Action failed. You have exceeded the storage limit on your mailbox. Delete
some items from your mailbox, or ask your server administrator to increase
your storage limit."

I have one user account that receives this error each time they try to
create a new email or reply to an existing email from OMA. OWA works fine,
as
does Outlook. The account is well underneath the storage limits set at the
Mailbox Store.

Currently Running Exchange Ent Version 6.5 Build 7638.2 SP2 on 2000 Server
SP4 up to date on patching.

Can anyone offer me a way to trouble shoot this user to resolve this
problem? Thank you!

I do not think that is the case. I have tried it from my cell phone (which
is where I first noticed the problem) my ppc (Dell Axim) as well as through
the browser on my workstation and I always get the same error.
Thoughts?

What about the mobile device?  It is going to have significantly
samller storage available then the computers which hold the mailboxes
for OWA and Outlook.

I would assume it has less storage. However, when I access OMA through IE on a workstation, I get the same error. Therefore I don't think it's the device, more so a glitch in the account or account settings

Solved.
I backed up the outlook information to a PST file. Went into AD, removed all exchange attributes. Deleted the Mailbox from ESM. Went back into AD, created a new mailbox and imported the backed up PST file. OMA again works correctly.
