We have a customer who asked us:
A] I'm a user who send email whith different "From ..." address (example:
info, assistence,lastname.firstname...). When the user clik on the "from.."
button see all the adress. Is possible limit the view at only the address
who an user are authorized use?

B] Some general mailbox (like info, customer.office,...) are viewed and used
by many peaple (see point A). but when i send a mail with the mailbox from
adress the sent mail was saved in my sent items, not in the sent items of
the general mailbox. How can i save the sent mail in a common sent item for
the general mailbox
