I found there is some error:

Server: MYE2K3SERV01
Exchange Server 2003 SP2
MSExchangeTransport
SMTP Protocol
Error
7010

This is an SMTP protocol log for virtual server ID 1, connection #xxxx. The
client at "xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx" sent a "xexch50" command, and the SMTP server
responded with "504 Need to authenticate first". The full command sent was
"xexch50 xxxx 2". This will probably cause the connection to fail.

I had follow the http://support.microsoft.com/kb/843106 to do the
adjustment and reboot the server but still getting the error. Any idea?

It seems that someone was trying to relay through your SBS server. The fact
you get that message shows you are not relaying

Thanks! I am not using SBS server and I found
the remote host is sending email to us! Becuase I had contact the remote
site to confirm. They claim they can't send us the email.
