OWA Access Denied in IE, Exchange2k3 SP2

Anyone had problems accessing webmail after sp2 update? It will work if we
use jhut***@hallco.org but not jhutton with password. Am I missing a setup
issue somewhere? Does SP2 take me back to defaults? I am able to access OWA
with Mozilla.

Any help would be appreciated.
