Remove Info On Deleted Public FolderSome while ago, someone deleted a Public Folder (Info) which had it's own email address (i***@mydomain.com). I have just created the user info, but when I attempt to set the users email address to i***@mydomain.com, I get the following error - This e-mail address already exists in this organization. ID no: c10312e7 Microsoft Active Directory - Exchange Extension I did an export of AD data using csvde.exe, and found that there is still data on the deleted Public Folder within the Active Directory. In adsiedit.msc, I can see the Public Folder in DC=DomainName,DC=com,CN=Microsoft Exchange System Objects,CN=info, with mail attribute set to i***@domain.com Can I just delete this reference from adsiedit, and then apply the email address to the user account? Environtment is SBS 2003 SP1, Exchange SP2. Thanks, David. No need for assistance, found the answer on Google, after being
pointed in the general direction by a friend. I used ldp.exe to remove the (and here was the direction I needed) Orphaned Object from AD. Cheers, David.
