Uninstalling Exchange Server 2003 Problem!!!!! I need help!!!!!!

I made a very bad mistake of uninstallaing Exchange Server 2003 of my test
server, due to the fact of exchange stop sending email for what ever reason
(That's in the past). So, I totally wiped the server cleaned, forgetting it
has made changes to my Schema and AD. Now that I'm trying to make a
production exchange server. I receive this error when attempting to install
exchange server 2003 "In order to install Exchange in a domain, you must be
an Exchange Full Administrator at the OU level." Is there anything I can do
or utility to make sure exchange is fully gone in AD so that I can install it
again? Please Help!!!!!!!

The Schema has been changed. You will want to add the server using the
account you originally installed Exchange with. Having Exchange purged
out as per articles does not have a bearing on a modified schema.
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;273478 will
tell you how to remove Exchange from the AD. I suspect you've removed
the server as far as visible but the link will help you clean it out
thoroughly.
