Exchange Error Message in Event Viewer

I am running Exchange 2003 SP1 on a Windows 2003 SP1 server in a 2000 AD
forest.  Yesterday, I started receiving the following error in my event
viewer:

Event ID 1233
An error occurred. Function name or description of problem:
FindOrCreateTokenContextEx Error: 0x80040952, 0xb72

I found an article relating to this issue with a slightly different error
code and I followed the steps to change my permissions in AD, but I am still
receiving this error in the event viewer every few minutes.  My client
connections are also acting "flaky" (not able to connect or taking a lont
time to connect) and I wondered if this could be the problem.  This server
has been running for 2 yrs. and nothing new has been installed on the server,
so what could have started this message to generate?   Thanks for any help
that you can give me.

Try running domainprep in that domain.

That was done when the server was set up.  It only needs it once, doesn't it?

It does correct myriad permissions issues... no harm in running it again.
