I am seeing from time to time this error message appearing in the event
viewer under application has anyone any idea how to resolve or why I am
recieving this?

There are a number of transient errors than can occur. If you are not
experiecing any problems then I'd suggest you not worry.

Could be permissions or something related to the inability to update
or access one of the Exchange Domain Server groups or a RUS
permissions error.

What GUID is that referencing?

You may want to call PSS to verify that something isnt going on that
may bite you later.

How do I find out what the GUID is referencing?

What does PSS stand for?

PSS - Microsoft Product Support. Proabably a good idea to follow Andy's
advice and call to put your mind at ease. If you don't have a support
agreement it will cost you.

Do you have teh ADC installed?  I've seen this when the ADC is not
replicating properly.
