Outlook Asking for Network Authentication in an AD Environment

Hello All,

I have an issue with one user on our Windows 2000 AD.  This user is prompted
with a Network Authentication box in Outlook (regardless of version) when she
tries to access her email.  No other users face this issue and I've tried
having her log onto different PCs but still have this issue.  I went so far
as to delete her roaming profile and reconfigure her settings from scratch to
fix this issue but it still occurs.  Any ideas?

Thanks,

Roger

So long as you're sure she's using a Domain Account (yes, I've seen it
where admins forget that the user has decided to use a local account
of the same name!) check that Outlook is not set to Always Prompt.

It's also worth checking that the client PC is actually on the domain
properly and DNS/WINS settings are right.
