Hi,

Our company has a Exchange 2003 server which is going to support over 155
users. It's a low end server with P4 2.8MHz, 3G RAM and SCSI HDD.

Does anyone has an idea how many users a Exchange 2003 with such hardware
can support?

Any tool I can use to analysis its performance?

Many thanks for any help.

You can look at JetStress.
Why are you looking at running what will become a business critical
application on poxy hardware like that?
You are asking for a lot of pain.
IMHO it's going to be wiser either to outsource it or to pay the money
for decent hardware with inbuilt resilience.
