Sharing a calendar with someone outside the companyHi - I was wondering if there was a way to share an Outlook calendar with
someone who is not part of our domain. Here's the situation - we have an external client who needs to have access to one of our employee's calendars - review only - but not to any of that employees other folders. Is this possible? If so, how can it be done? We are running Exchange 2003, Windows 2003 and Outook 2003. Thanks! I don't think you can do that without giving this person a user ID on your
domain and a mailbox in your ORG. That is how Exchange would base it's security. Unless someone else has some ideas I don't think you can do that.
