mail not deliveredHi
When creating an Exchange user, we specified that that particular user can only receive mail from one particular contact. But where do I find a mail that is sent to that user but that is discarded because the sender's address is forbidden. Or where can I specify a folder/e-mail address where discarded mails must be put ? All I can think of is looking in badmail (although you haven't mentioned your version of Exchange, which makes a difference) or having a copy of all NDRs sent to a mailbox you monitor....but that will be tedious at best. |
