'No entries found' on tape after run windows backup of Exchange 20

Running Exchange 2003 sp1. Windows backups of the Information store are
scheduled daily. The scheduled tasks log and windows backup logs show as if
the backup went through successfully even having a time gap between the start
and end of the backup. However when view the tape under the 'restore...' tab,
will see the 3 folders: Log Files, mailbox store and public folders store but
when view each one, the right pane of the windows backup screen says 'No
entries found'.

This is critical. Pls help, thks.
