Exchange 2003 SP2 - Outlook Web Access

I have setup OWA, accessible from the internet and outside my office LAN. Is
there a way to selectively choose which outlook user I want to allow them to
use OWA ?

Each user is allowed or denied the HTTP protocol. Select the ones you
want to dissalow and untick them.
