I have 7 users on an exchange 2003 server.

1 user can send/receive emails, however whenever she sends to 2 of the
mailboxes that are on server the mails disappear.

I used the trace tool and it says it has been delivered to the mailbox, but
nothing is there.

any ideas?

Are you 100% sure it hasn't been delivered? Open up one of the 'troublesome'
recipient mailboxes in OWA only, not with Outlook, and have her send another
test message....make sure you're looking at all messages and don't have any
view filters in place. The other thing I'd look at is rules on the
recipients' mailboxes.
