Hi

We are using Small Business Server 2003 and we have the functionality of
using Rules and Spell Checker.

At another site, we using Exchange 2003 using OWA which does not have the
Rules or spell check functionality. Can you let me know if there is a
setiing to turn on or by product limitation between the 2 products

Cheers Ray

The two are the same.
You may well be getting Basic rather than Premium versions of the OWA.
If you log on using Form Based Authentication you will select which
you use and if not, you will get whatever version fits your browser.
