[fake from] behind email subject

Exchange 2003 connection problem
I have a strange thing behind my email subject.
It looks like this ,
subject: <subject> [fake from] the fake from is what my question is about,
can anyone tell me what this is all about,..???
I am running exchange 2003 in a native enviroment, clients use outlook 2003
All the comments are very welcome

Is this on messages sent from your internal users?  Or external senders?
This sounds like some type of SMTP gateway or message hygiene system (not
Exchange) that might be inspecting messages for Sender Id records.  Do you
have an SMTP relay or are you using a managed provider to inspect inbound
e-mail?

Exchange 2003 connection problem
Yes this is from my internal users, and yes I do have an incoming smtp relay
in my perimiter.
And I started to use spamcop because I had a spam attack last week.
Can you help me to get these [fake from] subject out of my exchange
enviroment.
