SP2 install error

Hi There

I have just attempted to apply SP2 for Exchange 2003 to an SBS 2003 machine.
It previously had SP1.

The following errors happened during installation:

Mirosoft Exchange System Management Tools:
An internal component has failed.

ID no: c103798a
Microsoft Exchange Setup

Microsoft Exchange Messaging and Collaboration Services:
Access is denied.

Facility: Win32
ID no: c0070005
Microsoft Exchange Setup

What do these mean? and how would I fix them. Exchange seems to be working,
but I can't load up System Manager, it comes up with this error when I click
on it:
Snap-in failed to initialize.
Name:Exchange System
CLSID:{1B600AEA-10BA-11D2-9F28-00C04FA37610}
