Here we go again. Verizon is blocking our mail - again.

The error is: #5.5.0 smtp;550 You are not allowed to send
mail:sv12pub.verizon.net

We have no idea why they would do this. A month ago we asked to be added to
their whitelist. They agreed. Mail worked for a few weeks, and now it's
blocked again.
We have never sent a spam, ever. We are not on any block lists. What is
their problem?
