disable an application try to use your client.

When using an application that use Outlook for sending mail/fax then there
is a dialog box with a warning and that a program want to use the client for
sending mail, how to disable this message?

Yes, but there must be an easyer way to do this? Its not possible that MS
can make a program thats cant be integrated with 3de party application in an
easy way? What if there is a company with a 3de party application and they
are 500 users? this and the answer from Sue Mosher is the rigth answer, but
there must be a easyer way to do this?

If it were easier, then we'd have the same issues with rampant virus propagation that we did 6+ years ago when Outlook's automation model was changed to make it much harder for external applications to access the properties and methods related to harvesting addresses and sending messsages.

The page I suggested lists all the known available solutions. Any third-party application that isn't using one of them is 6+ years behind the times.
