Exchange 2003

Hutch

We are currently running one Exchange Server (2003) on a 2003 AD domain. I
am interesting in upgrading Exchange to SP2, to take advantage of the new
mobile 5 updates, etc.

Looking for feedback on how people have found the upgrade process to be etc.
Since this is our only Exchange server, it is critical that the upgrade
work, and not cause more problems then it's worth.

You can test SP2 in a test environment (on a virtual machine if you want -
MS just made Virtual Server 2005 free :).

Haven't seen any loss of functionality or downtime yet solely because of
SP2.

Make sure you read the release notes.
