public folder read/reply icon not showing

Hi

I created a new PF for our support group, mail enabled etc, all working
apart from when the support users connect it does not show whether a message
has been read or replied to for every support user.
The maintain per user check box is cleared - ie not ticked
Any help please?

They have to add it to their Public Folder Favorties to see read/unread.

Done this, still not showing as replied to or read in favorites PF or the
main PF..
