Info Adress fo Everyone

Nicolas Macarez

Hi,

I want to set up an address i***@mydomain.com wich will be re-directed to
every user (u***@mydomain.com).

Clearly, when someone (from the network or from the Internet) sends an
e-mail to i***@mydomain.com, every user from mydomain.com will get a copy in
his or her mailbox.

What is the best way to achieve that?

create a distribution group, add all your email users to it, and add that
smtp address to the group...I would caution you against allowing external
people send email to that list...that's a good way to get a new virus
spread, in a hurry. I have an "Everyone" distribution group configured for
each of our properties, but they are very large, and delivery to them is
restricted for a number of reasons, chief among them, security...

info addres.
