Meeting requests going to other users - exchange and outlook 2003Can someone clarify what should happen with meeting requests when other users have permissions to modify your calendar. I have a user who has given editor permissions on his calendar to a couple of other people so they can schedule meetings for him if needed. If another user sends him a meeting request he receives an email notification and so do the people with Editor (or author) permissions. Should these other users be getting the meeting requests , and if so is there a way to stop this happening so that only the primary user gets them? I'm sure some of our other users have delegated permissions on their calendar without everyone else getting all their meeting requests Dr Zoidberg wrote:

Any idea what the problem user has done to get his meeting requests sent out to everyone? Dr Zoidberg wrote:

The user had used the delegate control function rather than setting permissions directly on the calendar and there was a tick box that controls who gets meeting requests. |
