Mail sorted differently with each startup.

Please help. My mail is occasionally sorted differently when I launch the
application. There is no reason for it and it appears to happen randomly. I
will open mail and sometimes my messages will be sorted backwards or by name
(rather than date/time received.) Please help! No matter how I set it, the
mail will contnue to be arranged by unknown forces/rules.

I see an Outlook problem (asuming you're using Outlook)
Perhaps post into the .outlook newsgroup to be sure that it'll get
picked up and answered. Exchange just gives the mail to the client.
The client is responsible for sorting it according to the users
request.
