Cannot login into Outlook with OWAOur entire network cannot login to their Outlook by OWA. We are able to get
our e-mails by going into Outlook on the computers. When we go to the OWA Login page, it loads correctly, we enter in our user name and password but it says: "You could not be logged on to Outlook Web Access. Ensure that your user name and password are correct, and then try again." We are using the correct user names and passwords. Any ideas? You need to check your authentication option in IIS. Load IIS and go to
the properties of the website that is hosting your OWA (could be default website). Select the Directory Security tab and click the Edit button in the Authentication and access control area. Make sure you have Enable anonymous access checked (if using SSL Form-based authentication), as well as Integrated Windows and Basic Authentications checked. Enter the Realm and Domain information. Save this information and then restart the IIS service (iisreset from the DOS prompt is a quick way) and then try again.
