Hi,

Make sure that an offline address book is generated and functioning
properly.

Leif

Hi Leif,

I also have the same issue but intermittently with some clients fine on
others all looking to the same Exchange server... the error I see is a sync
issue with the OAB generated every time someone hits send/receive...

22:59:24 Microsoft Exchange offline address book

22:59:24                0X80040119

what steps would you take to verify the OAB is generated and functioning
properly?

thanks,

Mike

I was able to resolve this issue by deleting the outlook profile and
re-creating it.  the error (as much as ms document recommend running scanpst
and scanost) was because I had multiple profiles which both connected to
different exchange servers using RPC over HTTPS.  I had removed one of the
profiles (since I left the company) and that is when the error appeared.
Deleting then recreating the second profile got rid of this error for me.
