Hi,

I go this error "There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's
email server.  Please contact your system administrator."

The smtpdiag got no error when used for testing.  This is the first time I
got this error and smtpdiag, I got this before but it's also error on smtdiag.

What would be the problem?

Thanks,
Ricky

What makes you think it's a DNS issue?
Can you resolve the name of the remote mail server by doing an
nslookup?
