Delivery and Read reciept

Hi ,

Recently we have implement a antispam as front layer of our exhange server .
However we notice that the read and delivery receipt sent from external party
will not work . They will receive a message relayed email .

question:
1)Any way to configure to let the sender can receive the read or delivery
receipt notification ?
2)If not , anyway to just turn off the sent the mail relay notifcation ?

CS, This does not sound like an Exchange issue at all.
You essentially say you installed a new product, now a specific feature no
longer functions. In that case, I would look to the company that makes that
new product and find out what's up.

Hmm.. i think u misunderstand my point . We realise that when we put one more
layer be it anti spam or email proxy infront of the email exchange . It will
generate this kind of notification message already . So we find that the
message is quit confusing . Because we want a delivery reciept but you
respond that message relayed to other party . So how do i know whether my
mail has been deliver to correct party already or not ?

We know that it difficult to track the email . But i think it should
generate a proper notification rather than "relay" and it not my problem .

Nowaday seldom ppl put exchange as first layer already . So if this function
cant work well with the today technology . It believe it need to be redesign
again .
