I have looked alll over and can not locate any information ont he max number
of mailboxes for exchange 2003 and exchange 2007. Anyone know or link to some
documentation, I'm trying to determin if it wil benifialc to migrate from
2003 to 2007.

If your only requirement for moving from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 12 is
max number of mailboxes, then you have no issue. What did you find out
about the max number of mailboxes when you wanted to move from Exchange
5.5/2000 to Exchange 2003?

I know I haven't answered your question, but it just seems "strange"
that your only requirement for moving is mailbox threshold. Maybe you
should look at Microsoft's Exchange website for comparisons of the two
products.

I guess the reason you can't find that information is because its
probably a theoretical number that no one has been able to test.
