Email Disappear in OWA

Hello. I was wondering if anyone had ideas on this issue.  I am running
SBS2003 SP1 and emails disappear in OWA once they have been read. I have
heard of others having this issue when the pull-down at the top is not
selected to "Messages", but this is not the case here.  WHen the client
accesses their inbox from Outlook, all messages are there, but in OWA the
inbox is empty (but Sent Items are there).  Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Are you sure that the client isn't delivering mail to a PST in Outlook?

Missy, thanks for your reply. No, I'm not sure. How can I tell? Sorry, I'm an
Exchange newbie.

Hi Larry,

You would need to find the Outlook client the end user uses, and check the
delivery location in the profile. This can be complicated if the user has
Outlook running in more than one location (but if they did, only one Outlook
instance would have the PST).

At the top where it says "inbox" Does it say "Messages" or "Unread
Messages"?
You haven't mentioned it so I have to ask, you may have inadvertently
set it to only view unread messages.

Mark, Thanks for your reply. I've checked that, and it is set to Messages.
I've have tried all of the settings from the drop-down menu with no luck.

Thanks.

Following on from what Missy mentioned. That would be true if the
Outlook and Outlook Web Access were open at the same time and the
messages were being pushed to a PST file.
