When you say "copy over" ....I wonder how you installed the additional
servers. Did you create a new AD domain? Exchange org? Is there any
connectivity between the two Exchange boxes?

If not, export to PST in Outlook, and copy into new PFs in the new server in
Outlook.

the old box will get getting reloaded and use as another server, at a later
date

OK. You'll need to export the PFs to PST files using Outlook - then create
new PFs of the same names & copy the data in. Exmerge doesn't work with
public folders.
Or check out Recovery Manager for Exchange at www.quest.com.

Hi,

If the servers are not connected in any way you copy the public folders to a
mailbox, extract this mailbox to a pst file and then import this pst file to
the new system.
