How do you add or view additional user mailboxes in the Exchange Outlook Web
Access?
Most of our users have several mailboxes that they need to view and that are
currently simply added in their Outlook with the proper permissions. But when
they log into Exchange Outlook Web Access all they see is their own.

Any thoughts on how to view (in Exchange Outlook Web Access) all the
mailboxes they have premission to?? Are there any different premissions that
have to be added besides what's required to add a mailbox in Outlook?

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Paul

In another window, they can go to
http://server/exchange/otheruser

There's no way to view it all in one window....OWA != Outlook, although it's
certainly pretty close in E2003.

Thanks, I've tried that but then it prompts you for the user login, I then
use my own password again and username since you don't know the other users
password. Then it still tells me you don't have enough permission to view it.
The issue is that I do have all the proper permissions to view it in Outlook.
It there any additional permissions that need to be set to view another users
mailbox in the Outlook web access interface???

Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks

You need full mailbox access....granted in ADUC in that mailbox's properties
(exchange advanced, mailbox rights). Then you should be able to use your own
credentials.
