OWA/PDF attachment issue

background:  i have OWA (outlook web access) setup for users on kiosk
workstations.  the kiosks have the right click disabled for security puposes.
when users export pdf files from sql reporting 2000 server (running SP2) and
they send the attachment to another user who uses OWA, they can't open the
file because it prompts to right click and save to disk first.  since right
click is disabled, users can't view the reports needed and the company
standard is pdf files.

if i create the pdf files using acrobat pro, or any other software, the
files will open within OWA with just a single left click and without any
prompts.  this is the way all pdf files should work because i've set the OWA
server settings to allow pdf files.  however, something isn't correct in the
sql reporting pdf files obviously.  this same problem is on both sql
reporting 2000 and 2005, i've tested on multiple machines as well as other
sites and domains.

anyone have any ideas on what i need to do to allow users to be able to open
the pdf's exported from sql reporting using OWA without enabling the right
click on the kiosks?

TIA
