Hi.

Is it possible to have 2 seperate Exchange 2003 organisations implemented in
the same AD 2003 forest but seperate domains?

No, the scope of an Exchange Org is an AD Forest. (In other words, an
Exchange Org spans an AD Forest - is not restricted to any one or more
Domains in the Forest).

Hi,

You can however host multiple SMTP domains on one or more exchange servers:
http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/MF010.html

And if you requirements is to hide users from each domain from the other
domain that is also possible - search the net for hosted exchange.
