Exmon, Unknown StartTrace error (5)

I installed Exmon on my Exchange 2003 server. When I want to start Exmon the
following error is displayed: Unknown StartTrace error (5).

The Exchange server is the active node from a 2 node cluster. It's running
on Windows 2003. No service pack is installed.

I know you're getting a (5) but can you go through
http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/Microsoft-Exchange-Server-User-Monitor.html
and see if it's of any help before anything else.

If I provide exmon with a file it will show me the gui but it won't show any
data. If I want to start it gives me the error.
