Exchange 2003 OWA Bandwidth Guidelines?

Can anyone give me a general rule of thumb as regards bandwidth requirements
for Outlook Web Access in Exchange 2003? We have to install an Exchange
server which will be accessed by 50 users locally (MAPI clients) but an
additional 250 users based in various remote offices via OWA, maybe half of
these users will be connected at any one time and their usage is predicted to
be light.

We need to spec out SDSL requirements, is there a general figure (e.g. "x"
kilobytes per user) that could guide us in our choice of internet comms?
Would we be looking at a few 2Mb SDSL lines?

Thanks,

G
