I have a security group (that has an email address to be used as a
distribution group). I want any email sent to that distribution group to
automatically be sent to a user who is not part of the security group. Is
there any easy way to do this in Exchange 2003 without adding the other user
to the security group?

I realise the security group and distribution group should have been
seperate but unfortuanately this isn't possible now.

This is more commonly known as a mail-enabled security group. :)

No, but you could probably use a mail-enabled public folder and add it to
the group, and allow this user to open the PF.
