AntigenDoes anyone know how to raise support issues for the new version of Antigen
in the UK? Even a forum would be nice. It seems like a good product but with a lot of ananswered problems. There are contact details in the documentation other than international... List of issues: 1. Scan engine crashing and reporting to Microsoft. It does send logs etc but you never get feedback. 2. Content checking failing on messages sent from email systems using non English encoding. No workaround. 3. Updates to virus engines fail without any information to diagnose. Can anyone help. If you call the regular Microsoft support number in the UK you will be able
to open a case for AntiGen. -- Show quoteMark Fugatt Microsoft Limited This posting is provided "AS IS" with no warranties, and confers no rights. problem with Antigen as well. It was making our public folders temporarily disappear. It had been a year since the scan engine had an update and you have to do it manually...I belive you also need a user name and password to download the update. We had to open an incident with Microsoft which I think cost around $400. We will be moving to another Exchange AV solution soon.
