Public Folder Client Permissions exchange 2003When users create Public Folders in Exchange 2003 sp2, how do I change the
default permissions that are applied to that folder? Currently When a new folder is created, it sets folder permissions: Default - Author Anonymous - Contributor I need to Change this....permantly, so that when a folder is created it sets: Default - None Anonymous - None Thanks, Cactus you allow users to create top-level folders? I don't...some users can
create subfolders of top-level folders...to set the permissions as you wish them to be, set the permissions on the top-level folders...then new subfolders will inherit those permissions... -- Show quoteSusan Conkey [MVP] "Cactus Johnson" <cactus.john***@cactus.com> wrote in message news:eVLclYpgHHA.4284@TK2MSFTNGP06.phx.gbl... > When users create Public Folders in Exchange 2003 sp2, how do I change the > default permissions that are applied to that folder? > > Currently When a new folder is created, it sets folder permissions: > Default - Author > Anonymous - Contributor > > I need to Change this....permantly, so that when a folder is created it > sets: > Default - None > Anonymous - None > > Thanks, > > Cactus > Thanks, but where do I set the top level permissions??

I took over this site from another admin, and am just trying to get a secure handle on things.
