Export mailbox contacts from exchange to create a WHITELIST

Hi,

I am trying to find a way to export from each mailbox the contacts
email addresses.  I want to use this information to create a whitelist so I
can crack down on spam.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Well, Whitelists arent going to help in that regard.:)

Why not use something like ORF from Vamsoft?
It will auto-whitelist ( among other things it does), any address your
users send to.
In addition it will allow you to recipient filter against users who
arent in AD. That coupled with a decent anti-spam product (IMF?)  will
go alot further for you.

Its only $200 as well.

We are using Sophos Puremessage, Microsoft Intellegent Messaging filtering,
Microsoft Sender ID, and Greylist filtering.   I want to tighten the rules
down in Sophos Puremessage, but I also want to minimize false possitives.  I
can effectively do this by creating a concise whitelist.  That is why I
would like to export the contact email addresses.
