owa not deleting message

When my users use owa at https://mydomain they cannot delete their mail, they
get access denied. Can someone help me please.

This is happening to all of them and only in OWA?
Do you have anti-virus installed on the OWA server?

Yes, to all of them, i have trend running with smex. When they pop their mail
its fine, its only since they access owa with https that this started
happening and i dont know how to enable them to use http again.
