Global Address List Sync

I am trying to find a way to synchronize a global address list between a
Exchange 2003 server and a SBS 2003 server. All I want to do is be able to
allow the SBS2003 users to be able to pull up the global address list from
the exchange 2003 server within outlook and be able to send email to them.
They are in different active directory domains ,but can get to each other
via private networks. Any help would be greatly appreciated.....
