Exchange 2007 - The task cannot connect to IIS on the server

Hi there,

I have a quick question about a problem that presents itself when trying to
administer the CAS server from the EMC on a clustered mailbox server. When I
click on the Client Access node in the EMC, it marks that "The task was not
able to connect to IIS on the server casserver.domain.com. Ensure that the
server exists and is reachable from this computer: The RPC server is
unavailable."
This error is repeated for the following virtual directories:
OWAVirtualDirectory, ActiveSyncVirtualDirectory and OabVirtualDirectory.
I notice that the MSDTC service is not started, but then according to MS it
is not required to be installed in a mailbox cluster...? Starting this
service results in DCOM 10009 error.

There are no real problems on the client side, apart from inconsistencies
with calendars.
