Mailbox handling for disable/remove user in sbs 2003Hi,
This would be a very simple question for most of you. SBS 2003, there are user names on the server which no longer required. Can I change the mailbox into some kind of files, so that the mails would be retrieved if needed be, before I remove the user names from the active directory ? If there is, would someone give me a bit of steps direction as to how to do it. Many thanks On Wed, 26 Sep 2007 11:24:29 +0100, "Smiley"
