How to recover a deleted mailbox? We are running Exchange 2003 on Windows 2003 in a Windows 2003 domain. Yesterday I deleted a user in AD along with his mailbox. This was an accident and now I need to recover the mailbox. Can someone tell me the best way to do that? I can see the mailbox in ESM, it has a red "x" on it and if I right click on it I get a "reconnect" option. However, the AD acct. is gone. What's my next step? -- TIA, Clayton P.S.: I wrote an iTunes podcast tutorial and just want to publicize it. You can find it at: http://www.nikoli.net/itunepod ******************* create a new AD account, with the same name (if you wish - not absolutely
necessary), and "reconnect" the mailbox to that account... -- Susan Conkey [MVP] Show quote "Clayton Sutton" <n***@none.com> wrote in message news:QmQKi.104213$HU1.91473@fe05.news.easynews.com... > Hey all, > > We are running Exchange 2003 on Windows 2003 in a Windows 2003 domain. > Yesterday I deleted a user in AD along with his mailbox.
