Hi,

I have a problem where users can login to OWA from any of our company sites
without a problem.

However when they go home and try to logon with the same credentials they
get an access denied error message.

Ive also had occations where oen user is able to login to a mailbox, and
another user on a different PC but on the same site cannot logon to that
mailbox using the same credentials.

Are there any settings in exchange to denote who has permissions to OWA and
who doesnt?

Thanks.

the user name can have the domain or even a server name prefix attached that
may cuase this such as domain\user or server\user, have you ruled that out?

when logged in on the lan you won't see that because you are logged in, but
from outside the network you might.
