Published in the address book: 0 (1 = True / 0 = False)

I've been pulling my hair out trying to fix a 0X8004010F.  Everything
seems OK on the server side, and I just tried creating a new profile
on the client side, but that didn't fix the problem either.

I tried deleting and recreating the OAB.   I don't know if this was
the case before, but when I run a oabinteg oabfldcheck test I see the
following lines:

Folder Name: /o=Demetri/cn=addrlists/cn=oabs/cn=OAB
Replica Server Name: SERVER03
URL Name: /NON_IPM_SUBTREE/OFFLINE ADDRESS BOOK/
Parent folder has subfolders: 1 (1 = True / 0 = False)
Folder Child Count: 3
Folder Type: 1
Published in the address book: 0 (1 = True / 0 = False)
Folder has rules: 0

I am most concerned about

Published in the address book: 0 (1 = True / 0 = False)

because in DGoldman's post this value is 1.  What does it mean that it
is 0, and how do I fix it to become 1?

Many thanks,
Daniel

The most obvious reason for this is when "hide from exchange address lists"
is checked on the exchange advanced tab of the user properties in AD.

Also, I checked, and there are no users hidden from the address
lists...

Any other ideas?  It's really driving me crazy.

You don't need to worry about that. That is the full post you are looking
at. You need to be concerned when you do not see the subfolders and content.

There are a lot of sitations that will lead you to that error. One most
common one is that there is no OAB is not associated at the store level
which means you are not going to get back the correct EntryID to get to that
folder. Run the storeoal test and make sure every store has an oab
associated with them.

Every store has an associated OAB.  Here's an interesting situation:
I created a new OAB, let that finish, and then created a new Outlook
profile.  Amazingly enough, everything worked perfectly until
yesterday when it spontaneously stopped working again :(

I haven't changed anything - what could possibly be the problem?

Thanks,
Daniel
