How can I make the SMTP adress visible for all the messages in a public
folder?

The PF shows a name and you have to open the messages to see the SMTP adress
but not always sometimes a SMTP adress is shown.

I'm not sure what SMTP address you mean. If this is a mail-enabled public
folder, and you want people to see the sender's address, this is a column
you can make visible in a view. If you're the PF owner, create a new custom
view that is linked to this PF and make it the default that everyone sees
when opening the PF- then everyone will see the same contents.
